Terms of Service
Last updated: June 9, 2026
Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using YourInvoiceApp (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms for that business.
The Service
YourInvoiceApp provides tools to manage clients, jobs, estimates, invoices, expenses, and related communications. We may add, change, or remove features over time. Paid plans are billed through Stripe according to the plan you select; free trials convert or expire as described at sign-up.
Your responsibilities
- Keep your login credentials secure and keep your account information accurate.
- Use connected services (Gmail, SMS, payments) only to communicate with your own customers and only for lawful, consented messaging.
- You are responsible for the content you send and the data you store in the Service.
Connected accounts
When you connect a third-party account (such as Gmail for sending email), you authorize us to act on your behalf only for the features described at the time of connection. You can revoke this access at any time from Settings or from your provider’s account settings.
Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, YourInvoiceApp is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or to protect the Service and its users.
